About LAV

A builder that reads the drawings

LAV Ltd carries out the construction of domestic buildings (SIC 41202) from its office on Herbert Street in Gloucester.

The work is houses: new builds, extensions, loft and garage conversions, structural alterations and full renovations. We are not trying to be a commercial contractor on the side, which means the programme, the trades and the way we run a site are all set up for people living next door to the job — or in it.

Every build runs to approved drawings and under the Building Regulations, with inspections booked at the right stages and the completion paperwork handed over at the end rather than chased for months afterwards. Where a job needs a structural engineer, planning permission or party wall agreement, we say so at quotation.

Send us the plans and the site details and we will come back with a written quotation and a programme we think is realistic.
