Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website lavltd.site and any engagement with LAV Ltd. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by LAV Ltd, registered in England & Wales, with its address at 11 Herbert Street, Gloucester, England, GL1 4DA, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +48 884 959 415.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Building work, approvals & completion
Quotations are based on the drawings, specification and site information supplied to us and are valid for the period stated; variations, unforeseen ground conditions and changes requested during the works are charged in addition and confirmed in writing. All work is carried out to the approved drawings and to the Building Regulations applicable at the time. Obtaining planning permission, building control approval, party wall awards and any other consent is the client’s responsibility unless we have expressly agreed in writing to obtain it; we will tell you at quotation where we believe one is needed. Structural design is carried out by a qualified structural engineer, and we build to that design rather than providing it. Programmes are given in good faith and may be affected by weather, inspections, statutory undertakers and the supply of materials. Nothing on this website is a structural, planning or building control opinion for your particular property. Any guarantee, warranty or insurance-backed cover is as set out in the contract for the works.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
